Althought I haven't purchased this, and please OP correct me if I'm wrong, if I'm correct, those are domain PR. He is selling a list of forums you can create profiles on. An example of PR10 would be the Adobe forums (one of only a few).

Hope this clears things up.

Yes, those are domain PR. When you create a profile and leave a backlink, your profile will be a new page so it will have PR0, this is true for every profile backlink.

Anyways, google like these backlinks. I ranked my tv series websites in Google's first three results, doing these links.
 
Review: The list is definitely a Must have for SEO. I can actually see with these high PR links you can easily get a site to jump up in rank quickly. You just have to take the time to get each link Manually but it's worth it.

After all, remember it's better to have 1 PR8 backlink then 1000 pr1, or 100k pr0.

Yes, every profile backlink PR0, create them manually or with softwares like xrumer... But they're still stronger than blog comment backlinks, trust me.
