Review:
I checked out about 15 of the links and this is a decent list. The PR listed is for the TLDs so this list is especially good for people looking for new domains vs. a bunch of pages on the same old domains.

Out of the 15-ish that I checked, two had the wrong PR listed (PR4 listed as PR5 & PR3 listed as PR4) and one was nofollow. Some obviously don't have any moderation and are spammed pretty bad, some appear to be heavily moderated (good luck bros), and others fall somewhere between.
