404 Page Not Found Error...How can i fix this.

I'm getting a 404 error on all of the internal pages of about two dozen wordpress sites on the same dedicated server. All of the homepages come up fine, but sub pages no.

If I change the permalink setting for each site, save it, then just change it back again, it fixes the problem for each individual site, but something must be messed up elsewhere for this to be happening on every site on the server.

Any suggestions where to look so I don't have to log into each site and do this?

Scratch that.

I had disabled hotlink protection yesterday while working on something and never re-enabled it. I'm not sure why that would make internal pages show a 404, but that was the problem.
