I got a review copy.
Work was done as promised.Op overdelivers and give me 103 bookmarks.
All links are live and with exact titles and keywords as given by me.
I also found some high quality bookmarking sites.
Suggestion:
I already saw some higher number of .info sites there If it is replaced with some other high PR sites, than this is very useful service

Recommended service 9.5/10.

Communication: As promised, and lived up to his claim. 5 out of 5

Price: Bookmarks still work, and this price is probably on par with other providers. I would imagine splitting up packages would be useful too for clients; however I tested with an old domain just to make sure everything looks good. The sources were quality so 5 out of 5.

Overall Review: 4.5 out of 5.

Links have to be built, and then backed up. The sources of these bookmarks are good. Other providers user better lists perhaps; and also clarity the # of bookmarks per account. But all in all, a hell of a lot of bookmarks for the price. And I like that he'll let you split up the urls. This is IMPERATIVE for real SEO fights.
