I'm somewhat new to html but am relatively familiar with dreamweaver. So far I have only made straightforward html pages with no CSS but Im a fast learner. Anyways I am creating a dictionary-like site which uses a similar concept to Urbandictionary.com: user submitted content (some text and a few keywords), that I hope I could just approve and add to a folder, and not have to manually change each one. I was wondering how best to do the definitions so that they can be searchable, and just show up on the formatted page. Ive done some research and just begun learning MySQL but I'm having doubts cause it seems more complicated than what I need. Is there some code I could for the most part just copy and paste from somewhere? or am I gonna have to develop this from the ground up? I just feel like I'm spending a huge amount of time dealing with MySQL in the comand prompt and what not, for such a simple site concept, when id rather be just developing my site in dreamweaver...
