Ad Management Scripts

Do any of you guys use any ad management scripts that you'll recommend?
I know there's OpenAds, but I find it too complicated and heavy for my needs.

What are you needs? Everything down to needing a pixel, Self optimizing with CTR & EPC.

OpenX is fairly easy to install, and works great in my opinion...

openads / openx / call it as you prefer is excellent

if you have a high traffic site it might take more resources than the site itself

if you don't keep it up to date it'll be a pita to upgrade it after sevaral versions

openx is good; and recently oio publisher is gathering wind...there is a free version coming out soon but its fairly cheap if you opt to buy it.
