AdBomber.com and Others Sued by Craigslist..WOW

Just bought the AdBomber for CL a few days ago, had a question so I tried contacting them and the numbers don't work as well as the website. Also, adbomber.com must have gotten delisted from Google's natural and sponsored search. Type in Google "adbomber sued" and you can see lawsuit info.

Question is: are users of the software going to get into trouble??? Obviously, the suit goes after the makers and distributors of the software. It looks like everyone is named.

What say you.

I doubt it. You'll probably just get banned; either that or they will find a new way to keep people from using that software from posting new ads.
 
Doesn't seem to be de-listed here. When I type in "adbomber; their site appears first. The site itself though is down.
 
Yeah unlikely they will go after the users. They are more than likely looking for someone with deep pockets to rape for the inconvenience.
