So I have a site I'm getting ready to throw a ton of money and time at. As always, when I need help, I'd rather pay someone here than run off to oDesk or eLance or whatever. Let me explain what I need. Heck, I may even be able to do it with a little help from my friends.
I'll give full disclosure, I don't care. I'm going to use the WooThemes "Editorial" theme, highly edited. It's going to be the springboard from which I jump. Let me make life easy for those interested:
Editorial Demo Link:
Editorial | Just another WooThemes demo site
Olya Demo Link:
http://demo2.woothemes.com/?name=olya
If you notice, Olya has this fancy lil "Team" template that I like and want to tweak around. However, it's not as easy as dropping the php template into the other theme. It adds some fields to the "User" page for Facebook, Twitter, Dribble, Homepage, etc. I'd need that. And I'm sure there is some CSS elements, and some functions and hooks and some other php stuff I don't yet know how to deal with.
Summary, I want to take that team template from Olya and make it available on Editorial.
How hard is this? Could you do it? You want a job? If not, can anyone give me a general idea of how I should go about this, rather than trying to piecemeal it all together? What all should I be looking out for, etc?
Thanks homies. Holla at me
