AdSense Displaying Irrelevant Ads

I'm running some AdSense ads and my domain name is unrelated to the actual topic the page is about.

So basically I'm getting tons of irrelevant ads being shown when all over my site the actual topic is discussed. I cannot simply filter out all the irrelevant ads, is there a way to fix this anyone knows of?
