Adsense ToS Concern

I am building a video blog mainly focused on street racing videos.

Would I be in violation of Adsense's ToS, specifically the part about "promotion of illegal activities"?

This is my first time monetizing a blog, so I am not sure how strict enforcement is. If it is a concern, I could always adjust the videos to non-illegal racing videos.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
