I appreciate the fact you're looking for a writer for this work, but honestly, as writers we also have to make a living, especially if this is our full time gig. Your prices are extremely low, and not much of an incentive to writers on this forum.

You might want to think about negotiating a little on your prices, especially if you want quick turn-around times, and good quality. Just a thought.
Also, in one of your recent comments you seemed to complain about writers that "up and up their prices", which made me laugh. Some writers have serious talent and should surely be rewarded for that talent.
This is still a career ladder of sorts, and if people feel they deserve to be paid more for their services, they'll raise their prices.
