Advaliant Announces Joseph Matheny Joins As Chief Technology Officer




New York, NY – AdValiant, Inc, a leader in online interactive media, advertising and technology, today announced that Mr. Joseph Matheny has joined as its Chief Technology Officer to oversee all technology, development and deployment for AdValiant’s operations.

Mr. Matheny has a background in online media going back to 1988 with some of the early Bulletin Board Systems that preceded the modern Internet. He has held positions in the Interactive Voice Response and telephony industry, and, since 1994, has worked at several software corporations, specializing in Internet and multimedia related fields. Among these were, Macromedia, Netscape, Adobe Systems, and Spruce DVD Technologies. Most recently, Mr. Matheny was in charge of Product Management and Product Marketing for introNetworks, a leader in corporate social networking application platforms. He has also started several successful projects that have provided blogging, torrent and podcasting technology to the arts and entertainment industry, such as the Santa Barbara International Film Festival and has written several interactive fiction works that have won critical acclaim and awards.
