"Advertise on this Site" Adwords

What kind of luck have you all had with browsing to a related site and using the "Advertise on this Site" link for Adwords? I'm starting a campaign using that and just putting a graphic from Copeac on there, it's $0.25 CPM.

Putting a graphic? That only works if the webmaster allows imges in the ads themselves.

Yes, but don't most people leave the default "Text and Images" Adsense option alone? It allows them for more revenue, so I guess I assumed most people left it as-is.
