Adwords Account Pausing

Is it me, or do I remember that when your adwords campaign dips below a cretain CTR they pause your account and make you pay a fee to restart it?

Right now one of my campaigns, with high volumes of impressions, is dipping dangerously low. I want to avoid the pause if this is still in effect... anybody know?

no fee - just have to start a new campain with the keywords you want to run with

if they dissable your campaign you should take another look at it and remove the keywords that dont perform
