Adwords Campaign Suggestions

Finally made enough money to feel comfortable testing out Google Adwords. I've got my keywords, ads, landing page and everything all setup and running. I'm using search traffic only, no content network. I've got my dayparting setup as well. I'm promoting a rebill offer with a review-style lander.

Initially:
After many tests and tunes with various "select" keywords I had probably 100 clicks and maybe like 15 clicks to the offer. I paused the campaign knowing I had to change stuff around. I asked my AM what he though of my landing page and he made a few suggestions and I changed it around. I deleted a few ads, pruned the keywords and started the campaign yesterday.

Currently:
Yesterday I spent $75 on adwords and had two conversions for about $64. The click through to my offer is around 40% now. Both conversions came from the same keyword. I'm using exact match on all my keywords now as suggested in another thread.

Questions:
I've got my spend at $100/day on adwords. Is this enough data to test with over a few days time?

Are there any other tips anybody may have for my campaign?

I know I'm not profitable at the moment with this campaign but it is showing some hope with enough tweaking.

As a fellow ppc noob here are my suggestions, based on what I have had most success with to date.

1. Fuck google. If you have a limited budget you will get more bang for your buck with MSN. The traffic quality is great and the cpcs are dramtically lower than G.

2. Bid broad on a set of related kws. Bidding broad has thrown up some gems for me that would not come out in normal kw building. Of course there is some crazy shit out there so you will need to keep an eye on that.

Example - I was biddin broad on skin care niche and some of the shit this audience type in is mental. "Dry Skin on Alsation" etc "Dry Skin Penis Head" is my personal favourite.

Of course the trick with broad bidding is you ad text has to prequalify more than ever. That person with "dry skin penis head" had to click on an ad that clearly told them it was xxxxskincareblog.com they were going to for wrinkle creams so God knows what they were thinking.

So yes broad is risky but its good in that it is less expensive and you can get lots of little gems. Just need to get p202 on it and even clicktale to get an idea of whats happening on your LP.

I seen that bid exact when starting out thread too and I'm curious about that strategy from the get go. Doing this assumes that you know what will convert right away and will narrow your focus and limit your potential for scaling out the campaign.

Any pros want to chip in on this point?

You need to get your lp ctr higher. You should also split test landing pages. Make a couple more with completely different designs.
If you want to test broad kws, make a duplicate campaign with all kws on broad. Lower the max cpc for the broad campaign. Make the kws that dont convert negative.
