adwords: inaccurate destination URL ?

so I am trying to launch a placement image ad campaign.

the neverblue affiliate tracking code is something like http://tvxup.com/?affid=1234.

so I've setup myownsite.com/product, which redirects to tvxup.com which redirects to the product site.

however, Google doesn't like this and disapproved the ad.

What are my options here ? Does this mean I am forced to create a landing page ? Where are some template landing pages I can find ?

Wouldn't landing pages decrease the chance of the visitor buying the product ? If they saw landing page instead of the product page, wouldn't they get suspicious ?
