Just create a folder, put a htaccess or php file into it (with header redirect) and exclude the folder in your robots.txt. That's all you need.

Of course there are people trying to make money with it by selling their stuff to newbs.
 
nice post. i dont understand why he puts aff links AND regular links in case they "dont want him to get paid" lol. what a weirdo.

what I would do, is a cloaked page as the "I dont get paid link" and a regular link so they can see the aff code for the "I do get paid link" so either way, you get paid. but i guess thats just me.

I knew the php redirect method, but this way the browser window shows YOUR link if they want to go back or something? i dont know. /ramble
