Affiliate Survey Programs

I've got a website for a music group - CD Sales have 0% affiliate conversion after around 250 clicks. I want to monetize this young group through FREE ONLINE SURVEY affiliate.

The problem is, all the programs I find on CJ or Linkshare support only US Traffic. Anybody know of any good global survey programs? Or can you offer any other ideas on monetizing this young demographic (Male/Female 15-30)

If its a music group, ringtones might work.

The truth is with general traffic that isn't specifically targeted to an offer (ie: Metallica CD) your actual earnings-per-thousand pageviews will probably pretty pathetic.

When I slapped Azoogle banners for stuff like surveys on my own sites months ago I wasn't even averaging two digits a day. Actual earnings-per-thousand-pageviews were probably in the pennies.

I have never run any CD or Amazon.com type of affiliate things on any of my sites. I just never was impressed with the idea of sending a million dollars of sales to a company and walking about with 40 or 50 grand. Scale it down to send a company a few thousand dollars of sales and it really gets retarded.

So 5% commission is terrible? How about computers where you make a $500 dollar sale and make $25 bucks... is that fair?

Back to the point... on top of the untargeted traffic I feel like CDs are becoming obsolete to a degree - especially buying them through some BS website. Until I find an appropriate affiliate site I've deleted the affiliate link, kept up an adsense medium rectangle and opened up a lot of white space. But, hopefully some of those 250 no sales will cick on the ringtone adsense ads. If not.... I haven't lost any money anyways!

I'm making 100% of my revenue from adsense and have yet to breakthrough the affiliate barrier.
