Those guys are fucking tards. I asked them how much volume they want in order to assign me an AM and they replied:
“You will always get the best and fastest support, when you send your requests to support.de@tradedoubler.com.“
Use ZANOX instead, if you can.
Yeah it seems like all European Networks have terrible support. I e-mailed Zanox and asked them for incent offers and they e-mailed me back that "unfortunately we can't make you a list, please use our AWESOME interface to search for them".
Well their fucking interface doesn't have any way of searching for incent offers.
Also, Zanox is said to be scrubbing like crazy so I'm trying to stay away from them.
Someone here has got to know an AM at Tradedoubler that is at least somewhat helpful.
Biggest bullshit I have heard from them untill now. Zanox is (in my opinion) the best European network. Where Tradedoubler refuses to give you faster payments than once a month (even if you do mid xx,xxx / month with them), zanox will give you weekly and even daily payments if the volume is sufficient (starting at low xx,xxx a month).
If you want a good contact PM me, I'm not giving out personal details on this forum. EU networks are different in that perspective.
Why bother? EU networks pay out in euro's, still has a nice conversion rate.
By the way: EWA gets some of their others from zanox through their GAP system.

- Zanox: 6 euro / lead (= $7.32 / lead)

For instance, whenever I send them an email that's the slightest bit on the negative side, it takes them forever to respond, ultimately resulting in me having to write them several times. However, when it's something running an offer with them, the reply is close to instant. They are big tho, and do have lots of offers, but their reps are morons
EDIT: oh yeah, and like someone said, it's true about the payments. They refuse to give in to your payment terms

I wouldn't call AdSimilis European just because one partner happens to be able to type Dutch lol...
