Does Google Analytics automatically interface with the same login's Google Adwords account so that I can see keyword bid costs for the sites added to Analytics? If so- do I make the domain name to track on analytics to equal the advertiser thank you's domain name if I'm doing standard ppc? Do I have to ask my Affiliate Manager what that exact thank you URL is then put the code on there?

I have multiple advertiser pixel fireback pages I want to track but adwords alone provides the same conversion tracking ID in the same code for each new conversion tracking action I create(it will change the optional set conversion payout value within the UI setting though).

I want to track content placements of multiple advertiser thank you pages. Whats the best way to do this in google? Since there is no setting to attach a conversion goal to a specific campaign/adgroup - how does it decipher what payout goal goes where- especially if 2 ad groups are using overlapping keywords - assuming that I can't use analytics with adwords?

You wouldn't want to do this through Google Analytics. You can use Conversion Tracking within AdWords for this. When you set it up, it will give you a tracking script that you can send to your Affiliate Manager and he can place it on each of the offers. Even if the code looks the same, it will be able to track what keywords are converting for you in which Ad Groups, etc. Just make sure that you adjust your Conversion Payout values in AdWords, like you mentioned.

Alternatively, you can use a 3rd party tracking system like Tracking202, which I would highly recommend. It is much easier to work with the IMG pixels that T202 uses rather than the Javascript pixel that Google Adwords uses, plus then you are keeping your data private instead of sharing it with Google.
