sorry guys i am high as shit and i was reading through this andersonjacks info, and i accidently wiped him out. [user, pms, threads, posts- cant be undone either]

if you are in a dispute with him, will someone please share his email (no personal info please) so you all can get in touch cause of my fuckup hahahah sorry!

I should have expected this coming and I know you will use your other paypal account to file dispute on all the work I have done for you guys as well. I think the
best I can do now is to escalate this to Paypal.
 
Fuck me...second time in a month where I got screwed at the b/s/t section then. I just emailed him at k_hao88@hotmail.com since his thread was gone, asking about my order. In just 3 minutes times, he responded and this is the response he gave:

"I don't know what you're talking about, but linking has been done for you like promised. Please don't try to get free service just like your friends. Thank you."

Defensive to say the least. So I emailed him back, asking for the report of the links. Got back an immediate reply. This is what he said:

"Linking has been done for you. Thank you."

Ofcourse, no report of the links.So I emailed him back, telling him that his claims that the linking has been done are meaningless unless he provides a report where we can verify the links. Again, an immediate reply:

"Report has been sent to the email you requested.
"

Total bull. Anyhow i told him to resend it to the email he's currently replying to. (After all, he is respoding and replying to it :p. Got back an immediate response:

"We did now lets move on to paypal dispute like all your friends did. Cheaters go away."

Oh yeah, he's a con no doubt. Totally used to BSing paypal as well.
 
LOL....I just went thru the EXACT same email exchange with him. Save your emails for Paypal.

Im with Zingo...its not about the money, its about principle. NOBODY fucks with me like this...and this asshat has no idea the reach I have. Rest assured - he will get fucked by me.
 
I am going to call Paypal, and go as high as I can, getting tired of getting fucked.

I use Paypal to move a good amount of money will see what happens.


This punk has done this before with Paypal and knows what to say.. he is a pretty good con.
 
We should group this claim together - probably carry more weight. I also transact alot of $$$ thru paypal. If they dont help, my cc will reimburse me no questions asked...but thats not the point.

We have dispatched the email to you. We are not going to reply to anymore of your mails. Please escalate the claim in paypal.

zingo, definitely keep us posted on what transpires. I just filed a dispute, but to escalate the claim so that paypal actually gets involved, it mentions I need to wait til the 21st to do this. Hmmm...

@noahwells, wondering what's the best way to do this, i.e. to go thru this first with paypal, then if that doesn't work, contact one's CC for reimbursment. Or, contact your CC immediately?

EDIT: Just checked my email. Looks like my dispute was imediately escalated to a claim by paypal. It siad that the seller (andivio10) asked for paypal to look into the case lol. That's good. It'll move things along much faster this way.
 
Sennin436 - the seller can actually escalate it to a claim immedaitely after you file a claim (which he did). As zingo mentions - this tool seems well-versed in disputes. I would CALL paypal NOW - and save any emails you have from him.

Its up to you ref your cc. My AMEX will give me the $ back immediately, but I am interested in fighting thru paypal. SURELY if paypal sees 2-3 people filing disputes at the same time an eyebrow will be raised....hopefully.

Oh, and if anyone has this guys IP, I'd love to have it. He uses hotmail for email, so I cant get it from there, but Im sure its available from the MODS here.

Just spoke to paypal. Hopefully you saved your email exchanges with AndersonJack. Here is what we need to do:

Email paypal at: customersolutions@paypal.com

****In the subject line, include your dispute claim/case number!

Simply forward the complete email exchange you had with AndersonJack. In my case, I asked him to resend the email report for services that he claimed to have already sent in the paypal dispute cpanel. He refused in my email exchange with him.

The paypal rep I spoke to confirmed that more than one dispute has been filed against this guy in the past 24 hours. So, if you have anything to add to your claim/dispute EMAIL it as described above!

Dont let this slide - lets get his account cancelled.
 
Well, I did warn you guys about this seller. Plenty of other warnings bells also. The lesson that others should learn in this forum is not to throw your money at sellers who don't have a rep or act so unprofessionally.

Hope you all get your money back.
 
Yup, lesson learned lol. Never get too complacent. Got so used to buying from legit providers at WF b/s/t that I let my guard down this time. Won't let that happen again. Only buy after there's been a solid review I guess.
 
barman/mods - AndersonJack's scam was obvious at a certain point. Is there any way we can let the mods know so more money isn't sent to the cons? Zingo was on it like shit on toilet paper - but unless you were reading zingo's posts - the op was selling 200 home page pr2-5 for 3-years for 197. With a review it was $97. If you just read the original post, which is static - then a wf member never would have skimmed the replies to see the scam in real live action.

If there had been a way to report it to the mods, I would have - but wasn't sure what to do. What mods are on the site; who to pm etc.

Zingo should be thanked cuz he did save some folks some money I am sure.
 
zhenjie- yep, you did warn us. But at this point, its not about the money. My $49 isnt crap in the big scheme of what I spend here on WF. My mission right now is to make his life a living hell in any way possible --- I usually succeed. :-)
