Any Decent Blogger Guide?

Hi there fellas!

Do you know of any decent blogger guide that teaches you everything...from basics, how to put adsense, how to monetize it, and everything in between?

I'd really appreciate your reply guys. I have zero capital...nothing to invest...zil, nilch, none. So Blogger and Adsense are my only options for now.

If your English is good you should offer to do articles for other people on DP, Blackhatworld, warrior forum, and here in the buy/sell/trade forum. Check out "blogger high". I would suggest buying a domain or even an expired domain and then trying to get traffic through SEO for high cost keywords. Good luck.
