I want the following functionality developed:

I want to run a Referral Contest within a Facebook FanPage, encouraging all Fans to refer the FanPage to their friends (using a special referral ID I guess) and the one who end up bringing the most fans wins a 100$ Amazon Gift Certificate...

is there already a way to do this on Facebook? I looked but couldn't find any... if any Facebook Geek can do this, PM me your price.

(I'd like to be able to use this app on several FanPages too)
