My fucking sites have been down for two days now with no end in sight.
Support is a fucking joke, no idea what's going on. They just say it's a hardware issue and they ignore my emails asking for ETA on a fix.
I wonder if their whole shit is down or just my box? I think they got me hosted in the ghetto section because this shit happens at least once a week but usually it's only down for like 30min. This is almost at 48 hours now, all 20 of my sites.
