To close a roll in in Firefox without losing other tabs. Just keep holding down 'Enter' until the roll runs out of messages.
Quit bitching and run it at Network Y.
In most cases it's the advertiser that does the shaving - and in this case it's probably because another pub at NeverBlue is doing crappy lead quality so you're getting shaved as well.
This happens at every network so just because Offer X isn't doing well on NB doesn't mean NB will out perform other networks on other offers - In my experience I quite often find NB has better EPC's than the same offer on other networks because their tracking is top notch but that's not always the case.
