Yes, they are UK only. As well, they won't pay you on anything originating on myspace, Facebook or Craigslist.

Well, I'd give him a call to chat with him yourself, though the .biz tld makes me nervous.
I just checked around his site, and he's running like 20 more sites. But they're tied to WhiteLabelDating, so god knows.
