Anyone know where I can find a Geo-Script?

Ok I made up the name Geo script which might be the reason I can't find it using the search function.

Anyone know where I can find the script to auto generate content based on the users location.

Example:

User 1 live in Boston.
So when I view wxy.flog.com it says
Hi my name is Nick and I am from Boston, MA.

User 2 live in Las Vegas.
So when I view wxy.flog.com it says
Hi my name is Nick and I am from Las Vegas, NV
