Just curious if anyone knows of any good 1 page lead gens. ( not the email submits or zip submits)

I can purchase mortgage and debt however I will refrain from discussing that for the time being until I have something a bit more formidable to display to these sharks.

My advice to you is that if you are serious about generating a lead in a given niche, try to get hooked up directly with the 'end user' of said product.

A lot of the affiliate programs you find in these networks are pretty much set up and forgotten about and I don't personally trust that sort of thing.
