They've been around for a while - They're related to Search Cactus, so they have some incent offers there (though not nearly as much as they used to). You'll find a lot of stuff brokered from other networks there, but I just logged in, and they have a number of direct offers, now. Not sure on payment terms (just had a dormant account there since 06 to keep tabs on an offer my company had brokered through them), but they probably don't do weeklies.
