Are 20 clicks enough to judge a zip/email submit's profitability?

I'm certainly no expert, but I don't see how 20 "clicks" let alone 20 "conversions" would be close to enough to judge profitability of a campaign.

Maybe you would want to see how many clicks it takes to get 100 submits/conversions if you want to gauge profitability.
 
Is 20 at bats enough to judge how good of a home run hitter someone is? 20 is better than none, but still not statistically significant.
 
No, keep on testing for a while... If you are not satisfied with your conversion ratio, try to play with the ad text, keywords, etc. and see if you get better results!
 
I sent 900 clicks y'day to an email submit. Converted just 11 of them at $1.2
Still made ~ 50% ROI
