I've gone through the site a little bit, but I'm really not sure where to post this. I guess I'll try it here-- if this is the wrong spot, do let me know.

I'm looking for somebody who knows what they're doing--somebody who can help me get an internet lead generation system together that will work and produce sales. My product is saleable and ranges between $200-$2,000. I'm not looking for a "partnership" or anything like that--I'm looking for somebody who can help me set up an internet campaign that will generate the right kind of leads.

I've posted on craigslist for 2-3 months straight in approximately 60 different cities and it produced little results. Some would say my ads were too refined, others would say the real estate market is in the toilet and people aren't buying that kind of product. If I can talk to them, I can sell. But advertising on the internet is not my strength. I need someone who knows how to get the phone to ring and people to order.

That's about it. I don't want to work with someone who "thinks they know" how to do it. I want to work with someone who has done it multiple times--maybe it was/is your job/business. If you're interested, please send me a private message with a little information about yourself and any questions I can answer for you. Thanks!

Did you do some articles about your product? i think creating a great article is one thing that can get attention to the possible customer.

Yes, I did write a few articles. In fact, I wrote a book. So coming up with that kind of stuff is pretty easy. As far as what I'm going to pay, that depends on what somebody is going to do. I realize it's going to cost me something. I'm capable and willing to do so. I just want results.

The real estate market is in the toilet. Unless your system acknowledges that or counters that it will be a hard sell.

Most cities have homes on the market for 180 days.

The only things that sell are at wholesale fire-sale prices.

I am loling!

Drake - That's true to a certain extent, but not in my world. Commercial real estate is completely different than residential. People who understand this market are still making millions of dollars in it..... it's just not your typical Joe and Suzy Homebuyer.

Sticks -- No offense (I do appreciate the feedback) but I'm not about to put a price tag on it for you. It's up to you to figure out how much your time and energy are worth. If I knew what range to expect to pay based on bids from different companies, I wouldn't be posting here. If you're a company/part of a company then you know how to price your services. If not, then it's possible you're not the right guy/gal anyway. I'm sure there will be ongoing services that will need to be handled. I don't want to deal with that and that's why I'm looking for a reputable, reliable company. Anyone who has an idea, I'd appreciate the feedback.

Thanks
