What I don't understand is why most spam has typos and different, non-standard fonts. That's just a dead giveaway. Are they really that retarded?

They have typos because they're all foreign and can't spik da Eengreesh. The different fonts is because they're using some kind of spinner to make the posts unique and they screwed up.

In a few of days check that post and there will be a signature added with keyword anchor text. They don't care what the post looks like. They're just after the backlink.

Same here. Also why would these guys go to all of the trouble of getting infinite number of email address's to spam, the infrastructure expense to send out hourly and the email is just garbage? Spamming in your non native language is no excuse. How much effort would it have been to run it by someone with 4th grade grammar and spelling skills?

So you can code a planetary bot army but can't click spell checker?

i'm thinking whether you need anti virus anymore, everything I use is online and for the stuff I download, I get them either from download.com or if I get them via third party resource I scan them with virus total
