Attacked by CPA Networks

So everyday get hit up and sometimes can be really annoying since most CPA networks are pushing the same stuff.

What makes me decided to work with a CPA network is the following:

1. Pay on time weekly or daily wire transfer
2. Highest payout never street
3. Best converting offer(more important than higher payout)
4. Good reputation
5. Knowledgable Affiliate Manager

So is there anything else Im missing? What do you look for in a CPA Network?

well, they should not tell me to take down a page that thousands of affiliates have ripped in the past week unless i run with them (azoogle did that this weekend, as if they'd have the rights to that page...)

There are a couple of networks that actually email really useful non spammy info.

On occasion I've dug up a few, but 90%+ are trash.

Nowadays I have a separate email that forwards to my phone that I give out to people but not registrations. Any bulk e-mail hitting that address=me never running on that network.
So far it's worked wonders.
