I have some questions that I really haven't seen posted, since I started doing my arbitrage. Go easy... I am still a noob 
At the beginning I was struggling for volume. I didn't have enough pages, so I kept cranking them out. I wanted to figure out if my CTR was going to hold up, so I pushed up all my 7 search bids. Great, yesterday I had a ton of volume, and had a record day. I woke up today... Jeez almost 40 clicks and only $8.30. I thought maybe they were just clicks from other countries, or just more arbi sites that I couldn't fit in my ad filter.
It's near the end of the day now, and I have almost 3x the clicks on 7search I did before I cranked the bids. My CTR is almost identical to what it has been since I started. My earnings per click........ nose dive. Pretty sure the highest one I saw was $0.33. The rest are in the $0.08-$0.20 range. So I spent nearly $30 on clicks, and have $2 to show for it today Somehow I am not in the red today, but not by much!!
Onto the questions:
Smart-pricing.... is this what happened to me? I don't believe I have seen any 1-5 cent clicks, but they are ones close to it.
Quality score.... Does this affect adsense pages, and if it does how do super high volume arbitrage users get around this? (I have probably 200+ words on my own content on each page)
Does this have anything to do with my partner adding a robots.txt to our domain 2 days ago?
Is this why people end up doing affiliate stuff?
