I see there's one offer thats getting over a thousand clicks, with 1 conversion. I have no problem with this, its just I don't even remember promoting the offer, I dont see it on any of my sites. Where do you think its getting all these clicks?

But why? Are they supposed to help me that much? I've already made decent amount, if they can help me that would be awesome.
 
Let me just say this -

Your AM makes a commission off you. Since you're paying them, you might as well get good service for your money.

And YES - a good AM could be the difference between making X and making 10 times X. Here's some things my AMs are doing for me -

1. Every few days I get an updated report from my AM with all the top converting programs my AM finds would be a good fit for us

2. My AM negotiates better rates with the merchants directly, because we're pushing some serious volume

3. Sometimes merchant landing pages don't convert well. My AM gets the merchants to agree to either place our tracking script on their thankyou page, or agree to us using our own page and driving traffic to the buynow page.

4. I often brainstorm new ideas with my AM - he knows what's working best for other affiliates

5. My AM helps me a lot with targeting (for bulk mailing)
 
I talk/IM with my AM almost every day. You have to think of them like your business partner and communication is essential.
