RankingTheory provided me a free copy for a review. He did indeed send me a huge list (over 88K) of .edu sites. I dropped it into my ScrapeBox and removed duplicate URLs, there are a little over 8,400 unique domains - pretty good in my book. Most of the domains seem to be US based - not a bunch of "edu.pe" type domains like many lists have (there are some though of course).

I tested out some of the URLs and they are not all auto-approve (I didn't expect them to be). Comments are also closed on some of the posts, but then out of over 80K that is to be expected.

I was also given the bonus of 119,000 forums. I have built similar lists like this myself using ScrapeBox but he did find a bunch I did not find so that was a nice surprise.

BOTTOM-LINE: - Buy it
If you have your own Scrapebox (or similar program) this list may not blow your socks off but for the $18 how can you go wrong? If you do not have a way to build this list yourself then you'd be crazy not to purchase this list.

Be aware that list like this have a way of getting "spammed out" after a month or so.

I received 3 folders: 1 folder that contains multiple edu and gov lists, 1 folder that contains a list with all previous lists combined and duplicates removed and 1 folder with a list of forums.

I've worked only on combined list of edu and gov. List is newly harvested and needs to be sorted somehow because it contains a bunch of .pdf, .doc, .txt files that are useless for backlinking. Also, list contains top domains where is no chance of comment.
In my opinion, when you sell a list, must contain the exact link for the comment, PR of the page and some notes (eg. autoaprove or not)

However, if you are serious about link building with .edu and .gov, after some sorting, you obtain a good list. I've posted comments on some of the links, and after moderation, comment was accepted. Other links were autoapprove with very low OBL (maximum 10).

Got the Free review copy.There are thousands of links Mostly in edu and gov pack over 90% are require moderation.
And some of the links are end with .pdf and .doc That happens while scraping
The forums list is looking nice,Good collection in all platforms
If you have scrapebox then you may try these,If you planning to manual little hard.
Actually Bonus is forums list,Might be it worth the price
