Socialwiz, I've sent you an email and posted here on this thread. The turnaround is supposed to be 5-7 days, it has been more than a week since I paid for the $15 package.

When will you give us an update?
 
It has been 12 days since I placed my order for an Ultra package and I still have not received my package. Seeing as other people are having the same problem on this thread and you have yet to respond to both of my emails sent over the past couple of day, I plan on contesting payment with Paypal within 24 hours if I do not hear from you.

it might be a good idea to hold off on ordering this package until Socialwiz sorts out whatever issues he is having with his outstanding orders...
