So about 2 weeks into the game, and my Bing Ads account is permanently closed. They won't tell me why. The customer reps claim to not know why it happened, but during my hours with them on the phone, they did let slip that it was not due to editorial content reasons, as all my stuff is pretty legit.
Couple things it could be:
1. I bought a coupon off of fiverr within about 5 minutes of starting my aff marketing career. When I loaded it, it had 13 cents on it instead of 50 bucks. I am now pretty sure that it must have been used before and probably by a banned account. Does this associate my account with a banned account then?
2. I added my brand new credit card as primary payment, keeping my original cc in there as well, shortly before the ban. I called to activate and then added it right after, so maybe it showed up as invalid.
3. I cleared the cache on my browser while I was in my account, then tried logging back in. It was then that I noticed I had been locked out. Maybe they think there was unauthorized access?
After two "final decision" emails, I have appealed about 3 times now. The customer reps appear genuinely willing to help, but these freaking specialists are killing me, and I don't know of any way to talk to them. I explained the entire history of the account and the possible infractions in great detail.
On the most recent appeal, they asked for bank statements. I sent them bank statements, pics of my drivers license, passport, credit cards, and me holding them. It STILL was denied, and I STILL have no idea why.
One of the reps even told me just to make a new account. I told him, so you don't want an honest guy doing legitimate business on here, BUT you'll encourage liars and frauds to join up, huh?
Well it looks like I'm about to become one. What measures do I need to take to open a new account and not get banned? I have a laptop I haven't used in years, I think I can reset my IP by unplugging my router? I can copy my sites over to new domains if necessary. I can use a fake name or just my middle name, maybe? But how do I get a credit card with another name? I could open a business account at the bank, but I doubt they'd give a brand new business a card with a limit of more than maybe a couple hundred bucks, which will do nothing for me. What are the virtual CCs I hear of? I'm also banned from paypal for an issue where a buyer tried to take advantage of the buyer protection policy to get his item for free and I wasn't having it.
What can I do?
