Banned from Bing Ads - How to Fix?

So about 2 weeks into the game, and my Bing Ads account is permanently closed. They won't tell me why. The customer reps claim to not know why it happened, but during my hours with them on the phone, they did let slip that it was not due to editorial content reasons, as all my stuff is pretty legit.

Couple things it could be:

1. I bought a coupon off of fiverr within about 5 minutes of starting my aff marketing career. When I loaded it, it had 13 cents on it instead of 50 bucks. I am now pretty sure that it must have been used before and probably by a banned account. Does this associate my account with a banned account then?

2. I added my brand new credit card as primary payment, keeping my original cc in there as well, shortly before the ban. I called to activate and then added it right after, so maybe it showed up as invalid.

3. I cleared the cache on my browser while I was in my account, then tried logging back in. It was then that I noticed I had been locked out. Maybe they think there was unauthorized access?

After two "final decision" emails, I have appealed about 3 times now. The customer reps appear genuinely willing to help, but these freaking specialists are killing me, and I don't know of any way to talk to them. I explained the entire history of the account and the possible infractions in great detail.

On the most recent appeal, they asked for bank statements. I sent them bank statements, pics of my drivers license, passport, credit cards, and me holding them. It STILL was denied, and I STILL have no idea why.

One of the reps even told me just to make a new account. I told him, so you don't want an honest guy doing legitimate business on here, BUT you'll encourage liars and frauds to join up, huh?

Well it looks like I'm about to become one. What measures do I need to take to open a new account and not get banned? I have a laptop I haven't used in years, I think I can reset my IP by unplugging my router? I can copy my sites over to new domains if necessary. I can use a fake name or just my middle name, maybe? But how do I get a credit card with another name? I could open a business account at the bank, but I doubt they'd give a brand new business a card with a limit of more than maybe a couple hundred bucks, which will do nothing for me. What are the virtual CCs I hear of? I'm also banned from paypal for an issue where a buyer tried to take advantage of the buyer protection policy to get his item for free and I wasn't having it.

What can I do?

I'm mostly pissed because I was getting insane ROI with bing ads with the sloppiest, most awful campaigns you've ever seen. Now that I know how to make a campaign, I'm banned. I was achieving 500-1000% ROI daily, and not with tiny $$ either, we're talking rebill offers. Just FYI, I had a specialist check out my site and he said it was fine, this was weeks ago, so it wasn't an editorial issue that banned me.

I'm trying out 7search but don't know if I can make any real money on there....I was doing over 500/day on Bing as a guy who didn't know what PPC was 3 weeks ago.

Lol, just lol. I appealed my case three times after each THIS IS FINAL email. GAYI sent in pics of my cc's, ids, passport, and bank statements. Still got denied. GAYIt had to be that damn fiverr coupon. GAYSo now, at the encouraging of the customer service reps, I've gone rogue. GAYThey actually WALKED ME THROUGH how to create a bogus account. GAYI made a PayPal with a business name using the address of one of my other properties. Used this name in bing, and everything down to the security questions was different info. I got in and started building a campaign. An hour later, BANNED. GAYI logged in from my home computer and used the same site my ads directed to before, because they rep insisted they don't check that. GAYBut that's all it could have been.

So I call back in and now they tell me well your domain could have been blacklisted but that's rare. GAYBut they insist they do NOT use IPs or computer info.

I'm going to a public computer in a bit and copying my site to a new domain. GAYI'll report back.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Instead of going to a public computer, why don't you get VPN, and proxies?

Thank you for your replies.

While googling providers of VPNs and proxies, I couldn't find any that didn't seem a little sketchy.

Does anyone recommend a particular provider?

Shouldn't paypal be OK instead of a virtual cc? They can't see the cc INSIDE the paypal account can they?

I tried this again the other day with all new information and a new computer, etc. but made the dumb mistake of using the same website (different domain, though).

It appears as though they had some editorial issues with my stuff, now that I've pressed them further to reveal details. I think my best strategy is to throw up a wordpress with less emphasis on ads, ip geotargeting scripts, fake comments, etc....and maybe stick an email submit on there as well.
