I just got Build a Niche Store and I love using this script! It has a ton of great features that helped me change the options to display listings. I also like the HUGE amount of templates that are included with the script for EVERY category.
The price is kind of too much, if you ask me - it should have been around $50 instead of $97, but at least you have no restrictions on how many times you can use it
I also decided to use this with AuctionAds and I'll be marketing my first eBay-based Cell Phone site today:

I still need to create a couple more pages about the popular phones, but I'll definitely have it done today. Anyone got any promotional ideas? So far I just used DP Co-Op to choose my keywords and all that...
