Baseball playoffs affecting your business?

Hey guys,

Conversions and earnings are in the toilet for me this week, and I'm scratching my head trying to figure out why -- I do mostly dating / social stuff. Do you think it's possible that people are so distracted by baseball playoffs that they're just not converting?

Traffic source drying out/getting saturated, advertiser scrubbing, network scrubbing, banner blindness, etc.

There are 10 million other things, and unless you are targeting a baseball related site/niche I doubt the playoffs have anything to do with it.

The only major sports that I've seen affect conversions are the super bowl, and the stanley cup. CA traffic takes a real shitter during games.
