Just wanted to know if anyone new what the best pay per install programs were? So far I heard zango cash and loudmo, anyone have any suggestion?

Honestly, LoudMo is pretty fucking amazing. But if you're going blackhat, I'd try InstallConverter. (Not sure if they still pay, haven't worked with them for months)
