Which is the best proxy to use.Facebook and twitter use IP address to trace you,In order to have multiple account that does't look like coming from same IP address -What i need to do?

depends on your OS. For general linux I prefer squid

Using windows vista, Will look into squid.i found Using free proxy server bit cumbersome.

I've been using http://www.packetflip.com/ exclusive proxies for about a year. They're fast and reliable. It depends what you want them for though. They won't work for everything.
