Best Tools to increase Followers and Friends?

Hey all,

what's your favorite tool to increase followers on Twitter and increase friends on Facebook?

There are so many out there but I know that a lot of them are scams or will get your account banned... I don't mind paying but I want some quality software that the SMM marketers use and trust.
