Bing custom search feed

I'm currently working on a project that requires the use of a custom search feed that's monetized.

Google's adsense feed would work , however their TOS is a little more restrictive than what we want. On the otherhand, Bing's search is more flexible with rules, however much difficult to get into. I've been looking for any requirements or people selling feed access without any luck what so ever. Yahoo's publisher XML feed would also work quite well, however with the transition over to bing, I feel like it would be better to utilize bing out of the gate.

Any help would be appreciated

I have a few Yahoo XML feeds and from my experience, it is near impossible to get a Bing feed unless you are a well established site or you are raking in over a million searches a month with an amazing TQ score.

Well, for this project we're estimating over 1m monthly searches, a competing product is currently getting 18m.

Are you building a toolbar or something? Maybe just try going through a 3rd party and avoid the risk that goes with a direct feed.
