Black pencil effect - Illustrator?

Hi,

Does anyone knows how to create this kind of effect?

Something like this?

It's like a black pencil ( or something dry), maybe some dry pen.
Is there a plugin for this, or a trick? I use more photoshop, but i think this is better suited for illustrator

Done with a Wacom maybe.

The Wacom gets you control over the shape of the lines, you can redo those things with the illustrator path control... the rendering of the effect is the key, me thinks

I would just grab a sketch marker and draw->scan it if you don't have a wacom...a lot quicker in my book.
