We used to promote the wall of BLVD Media on our site.
They used to pay on time all the times every month.
However since August they stopped issuing payments for no reason.
We tried to contact them but they simply ignored us. At most they said they would process the payment or look into it, they have not provided any explanation and they just ignore all the emails and contacts sent to them.
It's not a huge amount at all, our account is still active with them, it seems like they just chose to leave publishers unpaid and keep all the profits - so just AVOID them if you're a publisher.
