350k members in the group, let's say even just 10% of them sign up for the rebill offer (given that only complete idiots would actually fall for that shit and join the group, it might be closer to 50%), that 35,000+ rebills for the affiliate off one viral group, pretty sick if you ask me!
^^ But the only problem is FB could sue the guy for a bunch of money. And 10% try more like sub 1%.
If he somehow made that facebook profile the property of his company, could that protect him from being personally sued?
They join because their friend invited them to join this group that promised something they wanted. Most of them can smell the BS once they get sent to that IQ test though.
I'm no lawyer but my guess would be no. No more then your company could protect you if you commited fraud to make money with it and got caught.
