Building Mininets and Linking

I am working on a pretty huge project concerning a bot building mininets for me, about 150 sites interlinking to each other.

Since there is no SEO forum except the buy and sell I will post this here. I know that if siteA links to siteB and then siteB links to siteA it has less weight than a one way link siteA to siteB.

Now the question I have is it better to have something like this:
siteA -> siteB -> siteC -> siteA

or

siteA -> siteB -> siteC/siteA then siteC -> siteA/siteB

Basically what's the most efficient way to build a mininet? A link to an article or some knowledge dropping would be appreciated.

^ this. plus site A,B,C,D etc. should also have a link to either your main site or another mini-site (if you really feel like taking over the internetz.)

Would there be a big difference between using .com/.nets and .info's for the "moon" sites?

With the Link Wheel or Website Galaxy model, it seems like you're having to do a shit load of work to get about 20 or so links back to your money site, depending on how many planet and moon sites you create. Is there another huge benefit from doing this? Can you use these same sites to link to an additional money site in the future? I'm just trying to see the benefits before launching into a ton of work to try this system out.

Read the interview, efeezy. I am not gonna rewrite all of that for ya.

In a nutshell: Powerful linking strategy.

I remember reading somewhere and please do correct me if I'm wrong that you can have up to 30 links from different pages on one domain. so if you have 3 planet sites you get around 90 very powerful links. if this statement is correct imagine how many links each of your moon sites can give out. on the other hand internet is full of shit so I dunno.

You should read some of Eli's bluehatseo.com blog, he mentions when you build foundation/planet/moon whatever you call them sites they should all be "paying their own rent", so ideally you're going to be making a little bit off each one of these in addition to the link juice to your money site.

I have that series of posts bookmarked actually. He's got a lot of good info on how to build a million indexed pages for link building. I can understand having a million pages to work with, but doing this work for 20+ links seems like a lot of effort, which might be spent on a different link building strategy.

So I guess I'm just asking, do people use this model on a small scale and see good results.?
