Business License - Which State?

When do you need a business license?

I want to have a few landing pages with affiliate links - do i need a biz license?

I apologize if this was covered elsewhere but is there a requirement or advantage to having your business license in the state you reside in?

Are there States that are easier to obtain licensees in? I heard Utah and Vermont were good.

Goto mycorp.com they will help you, also talk to a cpa or lawyer. cpa's tend to be cheaper.
