This is my first post here. As you can see, I've been registered awhile. I don't post on purpose, I simply gleam info that might help me make money.

I make 50,000 - $90,000 per month PROFIT. Prior to the google slap this month, I was making $3,000+ per day profit. As I haven't taken the time to fix a few of the campaigns, I'm currently averaging $2,200 per day. I am looking to sell these campaigns. Why:

1. Affiliate Marketing is not my calling. Yoga is. I'm a yoga teacher and want to start a non profit related to yoga.
2. My campaigns are a dark greyhat and I want to be a white hat guy. *mumbles about being a damn, 100% honest hippy*

Dark greyhat? Nothing that will get you jail time. But the occasional cease and desist does arrive. I have received two.

Asking Price: $250,000

Why so cheap? Because they're grey hat. If you receive a C&D, I'd personally shut the campaign down. I did think about offshoring the two shutdowns, but they weren't profitable enough to bother.

How will it work?

1. You will be a person or company in the USA.
2. We will meet in person.
3. I will have a contract drawn up by one hell of an attorney. The contract will favor nether side, it will simply ensure the validity of the transaction. Said contract will bar me from selling these campaigns again, using them again, providing info about them, having anything to do with them; the usuals.
4. You will not be provided an example. You will not be provided any keywords. You will not be provided anything that might give away the keywords/websites I use until AFTER your money is in my bank. Don't bother trying or take me for stupid; please do not waste our time.
5. You will be provided access to my AMs so as to confirm my claims.
6. Upon agreement to purchase and contract is signed, once your funds clear into my account, you will be provided all information and websites so you can take over these campaigns.

Questions you might ask:

1. Are the campaigns scalable? I would have scaled them if I had any ideas how to do so. You may, I didn't or I would have done it.

2. How much work do you put into these campaigns? None. I haven't really worked in weeks now but the cash keeps rolling in.

3. What is the niche? Email submits and surveys.

4. How many networks do you distribute the campaigns over? 7.

5. How many campaigns? About 45.

5. How many websites? One for each campaign.

6. How long have you been running these campaigns? Long enough to be ready to found a non profit.

If you're interested, please PM me with your phone number, name, location, and best times to call.

Additional:

Once you see HOW I do this, if you don't already do it in one way or another, you will quickly realize that you can get MANY MORE scalable campaigns using this general methodology.

There is very little competition in my areas. I am usually 1 or 2 on adwords, have great quality scores, and pay an average of .07 per click (.045) before ths slap and I haven't bothered to optimize my bids which is costing me a couple hundred a day. *shrug*

I must admit, it's frustrating to have to say,, "real business people only" because you know you're going to get responses from people who have obviously never sat in a well run business meeting before.

Please only respond to this thread if you have valid questions. Thank you.

May I repond with your own words?

"Don't bother trying or take me for stupid; please do not waste our time."

Actually, for selling a business that's about right, You should always be able to make up your initial investment in 3-5 years, if it's a good business.

That being said, it is usually in a bricks and mortar business with consistent net income. The Internet is an unstable place, I would imagine investing this much, in hopes to regain it in a few years, or even make a profit, would be extremely risky.

Be that as it may, unless my math is way off, this fellow is selling his business for a price that would allow you to recoup your investment in 113.6 days. Not 3-5 years.

valid questions... right... you know how in that yoga pose 'the Lion', does the repeated sticking out of your tongue really decrease wrinkles? And does it widen your face? Or is it like, just an urban, man?

I doubt that this a scam...
Its just balls fucking hard to sell a business of this nature and keep it "low key" the whole process. Such as limiting the info, not knowing the keywords, and all the other fun stuff that would blow it out of the water... ESPECIALLY over the internets

Good luck Yoga

It's not a scam. I know him, and many of you may know some of his previous properties.

If it is in fact making near the $100k/mo area in profit, I'd sell it for a lot more than $250k. I think a more realistic asking price should be $1.1M - $2.5M --- Then again, I haven't seen proof of it, nor have I seen the niche or anything, so this is just a guess.

As was mentioned previously in the post, you are only asking 113 days of profit for your asking price. Why not just risk getting that final C & D and hope it doesnt come in the next 113? Now with Big Will low balling you you would need to have it less than 3 months to cover his bid. Just roll with the punches and hope you come out on top. You say you do no work on these sites, so just pursue your yoga dreams and cross your fingers you don't get screwed. Don't reply with you wanna be all white hat because you have obviously been pimping the system for years so whats 113 more days?

so you want 6k for a landing page and list of keywords (x 45) ???? What about 'the plough' position? Can it really cause sacral dislocation, or is that just a spoiler put about by pilates people?
